About Haven Functional Wellness

Haven Functional Wellness was created from both personal experience and a deep commitment to helping my patients feel truly supported in their health.

My journey into functional medicine began with my own health struggles. After years of living with chronic pain and searching for answers beyond symptom management, I experienced firsthand how powerful root-caused, personalized care can be. That journey became deeply personal when my daughter was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease at just 14 years old. Navigating her diagnosis opened my eyes to the gaps in conventional care and strengthened my commitment to a more comprehensive, patient centered approach to health.

Today, I practice functional medicine to help individual uncover the underlying root causes of chronic symptoms, restore balance, and feel empowered in their healing, because no one should feel unheard or dismissed on their path to wellness.
